Enteric Brain  produces many major neurotransmitters and is often considered to be the second brain or the gut brain.  By using specific techniques of the felt sense and mind body connection, we can positively impact the state of the enteric brain.  It is part of the autonomic nervous system and when accessed, it provides a gateway into deep release and healing for our life.

What Is The Enteric Brain (12/12/12) – The enteric brain is often referred to as the second brain or the gut brain and is part of the overall Enteric Nervous System.   It is made of many neurons that can be found in the alimentary canal from the mouth to the anus.  While it is responsible for the majority of serotonin production and around 30 other neurotransmitters in the body, it plays a major role in our overall health and well-being.  It impacts our life in many physical and biological ways, as well as mental and emotional.  There is a technique to work with the enteric brain and get it in optimal health.  The more you work with this in your own body through the felt sense, the more aware and conscious you become.
